This seventh C is the sea change. All companies need to consider CO2 if they are to be truly relevant in the future. What do you do? Why do you do it? Surprisingly many struggle to define what they are doing or where they are going or why.... money is not a sufficient answer. I start with your personal mission and brand so to align your work with your passion that will guide your operational method.

Engagement 

Coaching Individuals Usually two formal 1.5 to 2 hour sessions a month as well as access to my input when needed. A 3-month commitment after our get on board fit assessment builds the foundation for the results you want. Ideally I ask those in the vision process to carve out 1-hour a day for personal development practice which includes nutrition, meditation, exercise and journal writing. If you can swing it take sailing lessons.  

Coaching Teams - Generally One to two day long team building or rapid round table shape shifts.

Individual interviews and 3 C's assesment prior to meet is part of the process.  

Creative Strategy Consulting - Need a deeper dive and more time?  Creative strategy is my gig. As a previous business owner be aware that I tend to stick my hand in the hole pie to make sure its truly cherry. Let's do a fit assessment to evaluate if your needs are aligned with my services.

Additional services include 

Branding group sessions, mission and message clarification, 360's on message accuracy and leadership. Group facilitation for rapid team decision making and strategy sessions are available in the office or on the bay with experienced business coaches who sail. Groups can work on anything from culture to branding and marketing strategy. You will use these fantastic tools forever. Sliding scale fees are available for impact startups and nonprofits committed to social and environmental leadership. Enneagram reports or other cost per use services also available.
