Up to twenty team members gather to race a 90-foot World Cup challenger on the San Francisco Bay. This invigorating onboard challenge brings everyone together as a team, with new skills and common language to enhance your ongoing collaborative capacity to win any race in or out of the office.  

Day rate for in office training or off sight Sailing Your Business method team trainings. All travel expenses and meals paid for by client for on and offsite training. Additional fees for additional staff and coaches. 

Learn the ropes of Sailing Your Business to support your coaching clients, and to advance your ability lead and support leaders. This 10 session training will prepare you to lead and coach using the Sailing Your Business method.

Interview up to seven people and create themed and scored report from those interviews. Includes a coaching session after participant has received the report. This report is confidential and will only be shared with the subject. It is at their discretion if they wish to share it. 

Schedule, interview and compile 360 report for up to seven people. Includes theme and score review with coach prior to final processing. Provide your template, colors and style sheet for branded service. $250 per additional person interviewed and compiled.

Compile up to seven interviews you have conducted into a 360 assessment report for presentation to the client. Includes theme and scoring review prior to final compilation. Please provide your custom format if needed. Additional interviewees add $150 per person. One week turn around. Faster services available, fees may apply.
